| You are ultimately responsible for payroll tax payments:
The IRS asks us to remind you that you are responsible for insuring your payroll tax payments are made. You can verify that all your federal payroll tax payments have been made. These are the payments we have pulled from your account and then made on your behalf. It's a great way to monitor your account on a periodic basis. You should have what is called an "Inquiry Pin" from the IRS – if you don't have one, please let us know. We can help you have one assigned to you. And just so you know -we go through a rigorous audit process called a SSAE 16. We reconcile our tax account every day. We use dual controls. We take our role of paying your taxes VERY seriously. |
