Major Dryer Problem Is Solved!

As you can see each time you do your laundry, there is a lot of lint on the filter, so most people remove it and put the filter back in. The trouble arises as the glue used to make the dryer sheets breaks down in high-heat situations and blocks the lint screen. But you can't see the blocked holes because the glue is transparent. With a blocked screen, the dryer overheats and a $12 fuse blows. Every two weeks or so, take your filter and a scrub brush and clean it in a sink.

But before you do that, put the screen under the faucet and you will see that water does not go through the screen. The pores are blocked. The water should flow nicely after a clean scrub.

Five minutes may save you a fortune!
