Community Portal

The Community Portal with its user-friendly interface and navigation, enhances employee and manager engagement.  An administrator can immediately see his/her tasks (items to approve in the system) and reminders. The Administrator can also send messages through the portal to other employees (similar to LinkedIn and Facebook).  

The Community Portal consists of:  Content, Communication, and Employee Utility Buttons.

  • Content can be customized to share information that is important to your company. 
  • The Communication area facilitates employee communication and collaboration with other members of their groups. 
  • The Employee Utility Buttons area provides employees with online access to all important information related to their employment; pay, benefits, training records, and company documents. 
  • Employees can also view and request changes to their personal information, view time off balances, and submit time off requests from their workstation or mobile device, as well as access pay data, view and print paystubs, and W-2s; a real time-saver at tax time! 
  • Online Benefits Enrollment eliminates paperwork and simplifies the annual enrollment process by providing employees with online access to benefit plan details and links to important benefits websites.    

Manager self-service provides access to view employee data and approve change requests submitted by employees.  Managers can also view and approve time off requests. .  Email alerts and notifications keep managers apprised of items pending review and approval to ensure that these tasks are completed in a timely manner.

ACA Reporting

Evolution HCM has complete ACA functionality to help you and your clients assess and report on employees’ eligibility through its full suite of ACA tools.  Our ACA reports make it easy to determine the impact ACA will have on a business.
